Shipping Instructions
It’s your responsibility to ship the ECU to us, at your expense. Return shipping from us to you is included with purchase price.

Write name, order number, phone number, return address, and bike model on the ECU. We recommend masking tape or a piece of paper taped to the ECU.
Wrap in packing material to protect the ECU
Ship your package to 1021 Bowmans Mill Rd Middletown, VA 22646 (Typically, the most cost effective way of shipping is US Postal Service Priority Mail. Buy insurance that covers at least $300.)
We receive your ECU, remap it and send it back to you! If there are any issues we will give you a call.
It’s your responsibility to track your shipment to us. You need to allow us minimum 3 business day for processing, (usually much less) excluding weekends, before contacting us about the status of your order. (Yes, I have a life too!)
Due to staffing limitations, we do not provide a return tracking number. If you sign up with UPS, you will automatically be notified of tracking and delivery status as soon as we create a shipping label. If you include your email address on your ECU, we will do our best effort to have UPS notify you.
It is your responsibility to track your package on its way to us. Shipping times vary, please understand that we are a small operation and want to keep the price as low as we can, so we ask that you wait 10 days upon your package’s arrival to us, to give us a call.
Hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Because of our volume, we respond to text messages as time permits. It’s better if you call us during business hours.
